In the wake of the Cophenhagen summit on climate change, 56 newspapers from 45 countries joined forces in an unprecedented manner through the voice of a common editorial. They called on global leaders to take decisive action to overcome climate change. Separately, activists hung climate change banners demanding action in Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
